Safety

Safety is important! That's why we use the most advanced equipment and explain how to climb safely. In particular, we use technologically superior TRUBLUE Auto Belays which meet the strictest international safety standards.

Clip 'n Climb

Every Clip 'n Climb participant must complete a safety briefing to ensure that they understand how to climb safely, including:

  • Hold only the BLUE line whilst descending. The BLACK line must not be touched by anyone at any time because this may lead to injury. 
  • Climbers under 9 years old MUST have an adult with them in the climbing arena to clip them on and off the belay line.  Children under 9 year of age are not permitted to open and close the belay line carabiner.
  • Max. weight limit is 130kg and you must fit safely in the harness
  • Only one person per climb please; check below before coming down
  • Ensure your harness is safely clipped to the belay line before you climb
  • Wear sports style footwear and suitable clothing for climbing; no skirts or dresses please
  • No food or drink in the climbing arena please.

SkyTrail / SkyRail

  • You must be between 100cm and 200cm tall; climbers under 120cm tall must have an adult chaperone to climb with them
  • Max. weight limit is 130kg and you must fit safely in the harness
  • Please empty your pockets completely before you climb
  • Wear sports style footwear and suitable clothing for climbing; no skirts or dresses please
  • Only one climber at a time is allowed on a SkyTrail element please
  • Wait until the SkyRail AND the landing pad are clear before launching.

Cheeky Monkey

  • Recommended for 2-9 year olds; participants over 140cm tall need to watch out for low overhead structures
  • Adult supervision is required at all times
  • Shoes are to be removed and socks must be worn; no bare feet
  • No food and drink in the play area please
  • No running, pushing or shoving; please be courteous and play safely
  • Only one person per slide, and please go down the slides feet first
  • No climbing on the outside of the play structures.
