MindClimb: Fun ASD Therapy

Overseen by an onsite Occupational Therapist (OT), MindClimb is a fun, safe and therapeutic sensorimotor program for people with learning disabilities (e.g. ASD) that uses our vast variety of engaging climbing structures. MindClimb is an encouraging, non-competitive alternative to conventional sports. Participants with additional needs complete closely supervised climbing exercises tailored to individual abilities. They also improve social participation and emotional regulation.  MindClimb has helped my sons to build their confidence, resilience and persistence as well as their physical and social skills! It is the favourite night of the week at our house, and I highly recommend it. Melanie, parent

MindClimb has been an amazing program for our son. At the beginning, due to ASD, he was very shy and struggled to communicate. Through the program, he has had the amazing and brilliant support of the staff to develop these essential skills, including building his motor skills whilst always having the most fun. We couldn’t recommend it any higher. Cam and Meagan, parents

MindClimb has been very beneficial for my 2 boys with ASD. The staff have gone above and beyond to help them thrive and we have all noticed a huge difference. Each week, they really look forward to MindClimb. Kate, carer
